Cormorant fishing starts in the evening. Inuyama in Aichi Pref. central Japan, is a beautiful castle town which has two National treasures, Inuyama Castle and 'Jo-an', or traditional teahouse. It also has a traditional fishing, "Ukai", or Cormorant Fishing. I'm sure you'll have a wonderful evening and night time there!!
