-You must check availability for reservations for the tours listed.
-Please be sure to contact us before making a reservation-We are open from 9am to 4pm (JST) on weekdays. Messages received out of the above hours will be dealt with on the next business day.
-The customer is requested to complete booking process (including payment) at least 5
days in advance prior to the tour date.
-For airport transfers, please make sure to allow yourself to have enough time for immigration, collecting baggage, traveling time or flight check-in as well as in case of possible flight delay.
-Please prepare cash (Japanese yen) for the fees which are not included in the tour. (Please refer to "what's not included" section on each tour page)
-Please be kindly aware that our drivers are Non-English speaking.
-Please make sure to write down the following information upon booking:
1) flight number (cruise name)
2) flight (cruise) arrival/ departure time
3) airport terminal (cruise port)
4) number of luggage

Mr. Otsuka was wonderful in accommodating my family and helping them find both food they wanted to eat (difficult with a picky eater and allergies) and the experiences they wanted to have. He accommodated my requests for two specific sightseeing spots and then filled the rest of the time flexibly and impeccably according to my family's requests, taking them to beautiful scenic spots and a fascinating shrine.
