São Joaquim fair Market is the Largest open fair market in town. This is where we, people who practice afro tradition religion and restaurant owners get everything we need in terms of ingredients for our cooking experience.
After we do the tour on the market and learn everything about the ingredients, we go straight to the Chef´s house, Ajeum da Diaspora. The Chef Angelica will conduct the cooking class and when she finishes, the tour guide will teach everyone on how to make Caipirinha, the most popular brazilian drink.
