Hello! I am Masato.
I usually operate a personal care taxi business in Saitama prefecture.
(The taxi vehicle I use is Toyota's Hiace,a wheelchair accessible van.)
I would like everyone who comes to Japan from abroad to experience the real wonder of Japan.
Especially the place I want to guide you is Mt. Fuji, the best mountain in Japan, and Kusatsu ONSEN and Ikaho ONSEN, which are the best hot springs, and Nikko Toshogu Shrine of World Heritage sites and Nikko hot springs.
Since these sights are "real places", you will be pleased when you visit, especially if you take a bath in ONSEN, a hot spring, your body will revive.
I want you to experience the wonder of nature and culture of Japan, then I am doing a guide.
I always serve as a personal care taxi driver and provide services to customers, so I am very friendly and polite.
Currently I am a personal care taxi operator, so I have a taxi business license, a Tokyo City guide, a Guide helper and a registered Pharmaceutical licence.
Also, since I worked in the real estate industry before, I am qualified as a Real Estate Transaction Agent and a financial planner.
Up to now, I have guided visitors to Mt. Fuji, Hakone, Nikko, Tokyo tour, hot springs of Gunma and Tochigi prefectures.
In addition, I myself have lived in Poland, Russia and the USA, and have traveled to European countries, China, Korea etc.
I will guide you by taxi as a guide to experience truly wonderful nature and culture of Japan.
I have my own registered care taxi service and I will be your guide and driver for the tour.
Also, my car is a Toyota Hi-ace, wheelchair accessible vehicle and non-smoking.
My service is basically for wheelchair users, people using cane and elderly people.

Our family wanted to deal with an owner-operator directly - and we are extremely happy to have Masato-San taking us on our journey! He was very responsive from before our booking, and planned the schedule to suit our needs (travelling with 2 elderly and 1 younger kid). You sent a van with a wheelchair lift that took up 60-70% of the interior space. It was cramped, uncomfortable and NOT requested and very expensive. on 26September Mr Vincent Carlino has a car and driver ordered for pickup at 7am from ONSEN TO HANEDA aIRPORT. Scheduled with Soq J. please send a car and or limo with NO wheelchair lift so they will be comfortable. Thank you
Thank you for using my service. My vehicle is a Toyota Hiace with a wheelchair lift. I think this is explained in my self-introduction, but my vehicle is not a limousine. I'm sorry if you seem to have been misunderstood. Also, the distance from the hotel in Tokyo where your customer stayed to Kusatsu Onsen is about 200 kilometers. Even if you use a regular taxi, it will probably cost you more than 80,000 yen each way, including expressway fees. My fee was 61,000 yen, which is not expensive compared to the average market price. It seems that they requested a car or limousine to be sent on the 26th, but I am not aware of that. You haven't made a reservation for me on the 26th. You should double check your reservation. Masato T is as good as it gets guide! He picked us up at the airport on time and drove us to our 2-hour drive hotel near Mt. Fuji. Our flight was delayed for about an 1-1/2 and he waited for us patiently. He is very accommodating, his English is excellent, both vocabulary & accent. Excellent driver with roomy comfortable vehicle was an additional bonus. We first met Masato 4 years ago in our Mt. Fuji tour. Since we're back in Japan, we have 10 tours form the ship. Since other places are out of his way, we were able to booked 5 tours only. If we ever comes back to Japan, we will hire Masato T again! We recommend him more highly!!!
Dear Angelina san and everyone, I was so happy when I met you again at Narita Airport for the first time in 4 years! I recognized you right away, as I have met some of you for the second time. Considering the Mt. Fuji tour the next day, the hotel you arranged was the right choice. Thanks to that, we were able to successfully avoid traffic jams on the highway to Mt. Fuji the next day.
